Food is the new rock and roll. Chefs are he new rock stars, and it seems every wannabe chef is busy creating his or her own food blog. Often with awful pics! So I was asked by Italian photo giant Manfrotto to create an e-book on how to do food photography. Although when it came to shots of fancy dishes with shaved truffles, there certainly was a pro kitchen involved!
